Can I cancel my care at any time if I don’t want to continue?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may not need or wish to continue with your care package any longer. You can cancel your care package at any time by writing to the management team with two weeks’ notice.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or standing order. We are also able to accept cash payments, although do not accept cheques.

Can I change my care package if I need to?

Changes can be made to your care package to suit your requirements at any time. We will continually review your plan of care to ensure that you are receiving appropriate support. It’s incredibly important to us that you remain happy with the service you receive, and we work closely with you to ensure your care package is right for you.

We offer the following services: companionship care, assistance with nutrition & hydration, personal care & medication administration, and household tasks.
