Witham Community Care

Established in 2022, Witham Community Care aims to provide a personal, family run service with a difference. Our dedicated team of support workers are trained to deliver you a service tailored to your needs, assisting you to remain as independent as possible living in your own home. We are a small and friendly team and continuity of care is guaranteed.

We as owners (Laura and Nicole Witham) live in Bexhill and have spent the majority of our working lives here. Before taking the leap to start our own business, we jointly managed Eridge House Rest Home for five happy years, after working our way up from General Assistants as teenagers. Our aim is that our expertise in the health and social care sector and joint approach to running and managing your service ensures you receive a high-quality service every time.

Day Centre

As of August 2024, we are thrilled to be offering a weekly day centre service which takes place between 10am – 2:30pm each Tuesday. A two course lunch, refreshments and cakes are provided, alongside a range of activities throughout the day. These are tailored by our team, based on individual interests and hobbies to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Come and join the friendly community we have established!

Witham Community Care has provided outstanding care for my neighbour whom I’m Next of Kin and have Power of Attorney. Having the kind and helpful carers from Witham Community Care assist my parents on a daily basis has taken an enormous weight off my mind knowing they’re in safe hands when I cannot visit them every day. As a family, we couldn’t be happier with the care provided by Witham Community Care. Our parents want to live independently but need some extra help and with all of their children living a distance away, the help that Witham offers allows them to stay in their own home. All the staff are kind, friendly and very efficient in everything they do whilst being sensitive to our parents accepting their changing circumstances. The communication is excellent and the daily updates on the App are very reassuring. I would highly recommend Witham Community Care to other families.
